Mote PDF for Google Drive

What this feature does:

Mote PDF for Google Drive is Mote PDF's app in the Google Workspace Marketplace. Install it once and every PDF in your Drive gets an Open with Mote option, so a file goes straight from Drive into Mote rather than you opening Mote PDF and going looking for it.

It does not require the Chrome Extension, and Google Workspace admins can install it for all of their teachers and students in one go.

Why it matters:

Meets teachers where their files already are, which is Drive, not a separate web app
Admin-installable across a district, so it does not depend on every teacher finding and installing it
Works without the Chrome Extension, which matters for staff and students who do not have it
Two clicks from a PDF sitting in Drive to a PDF a student can hear, translate and mark up

Go to Mote PDF in the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Click Install. Google Workspace admins can install it for everyone.
Open Google Drive and right-click any PDF.
Click Open with, then Mote.
