Mote's Vocabulary Generator builds word lists from a topic, a text passage, or an existing list, in English, French or Spanish. Each word carries a definition, an example, translations, and where relevant an illustration.
Lists are yours to edit. On any list you can remove a word that isn't wanted, rewrite a definition that doesn't fit your class, or add words the generator missed, giving the word, its part of speech, a definition and an example of use.
Lists can be assigned to students in your classes, or shared with colleagues so they can create a copy. Everything lives on the My Vocab page, where students practice with Flash Cards, Matching Quiz and Sentence Star.
